We've had an ongoing case for a month now and nothing is happening.
All we want is for our products to be enrolled into S&S. A fairly simple procedure I would assume but nobody's helping.

It can take many weeks for the Amazon team to 'investigate' SnS omissions.
I usually find they enable some but not all ASIN's, then gradually over time, all eligible ASIN's become available for SnS. Just gotta be patient!
