I hope someone had an experience and could help? I received promotional credits from amazon and I am running sponsored ads on 3 of my products. The credits are valid until sept 15 (i was away for two weeks and only started ads now). I can see on the "billing" that only a fraction of pormotional credits have been used.

However on my dashboard /transactions tab i can see that every item sold is charged with promotion money.

I wrote to help and they said that this will be reconciled when they send me amazon ads invoices.

So I would like to understand how it works. When the product is advertised, amazon still charges me for promotion, but then when ads invoice is sent that money will be returned to me?
