I would like to know if I can use the SEND (Seller Export and Delivery) program to ship my products from Vietnam to Amazon fulfillment centers in the U.S., UK, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, even though I am not based in Vietnam.

I confirmed that you are able to send AWD Shipments from Vietnam. Please note that the AWD program is only present for the US Marketplace.
