Address and Identity Compliance
Given recent regulations and compliance, I want to update my information with amazon so everything is up to date. In regards to this, I had a few questions : (I have a business LLC account). Also, All incorpration documents and tax documents are addressed to my official business address which was also my primary residence address, however recently i have moved addresses. What changes do i need to make into my account to comply with amazon and govt policies. Also how does amazon think about the following :
1) What is difference between official registered address and current business address ?
2) Do my bank statements need to match my official registered address or my business address ?
3) Do my utlity bills need to match my official regsitered address or business address ?
4) Point of contact information (which is myself) used to live in one address (verified) have moved to new address, what documents will i need to provide to amazon to make sure they have new address on file.

I just got this email after posting this. Can anyone explain what is going on and what i can do to rectify the situation

You mentioned that you wanted to update the information. Were you requested to update this information by us or did you decide to update this on your own?
All information in your tax and business documents should match the official registered address. If you have recently moved, you will want to update the business address in seller central.

The official registered address is the address at which your business is legally registered. Current business address may be where you currently reside or operate business from. Bank statements will need to match the business address. Utility bills will need to match the business address. When you move to a new address you will need to update the business address section and a postcard may be sent to that address for verification.
This notification you have shared looks like a follow-up notification after a submission. Can you share the original deactivation notification here after you have removed your personal information, for us to review? If the deactivation notification states that we were unable to verify certain information about your selling account, then the mismatch of personal and business information may be the issue.
