FTW1 SHİPMENT DELAY

I had opened a notification before, but my cargo, which was delivered to FTW1, has been stuck in the delivered section since January 17. Even though I opened a case to customer service many times, they constantly postpone the date. First it was February 7, then it wrote February 15, now it says February 21. Even though it has been 1 month, there is still no movement and This is very frustrating. It disrupts our work.

As a Texas manufacturer, most of our FBA products are received by the FTW1 warehouse in Dallas.

We allow a minimum of 42 days between shipment of our goods to FTW1 and expected availability for sale on Amazon.com - including local transit to the warehouse, inbound processing, and fulfillment center transfer times.

We currently have goods delivered 35 days ago (January 12) that do not show as received.

And, we often have multiple cases open to investigate inbound items lost at FTW1. Some past cases have amounted to many thousands of dollars each.

To an outsider, FTW1 looks like chaos. There's a 2021 article in the Dallas Morning News entitled, "It's like this every day: Amazon fulfillment center in Dallas forces truck drivers to wait for hours to unload" showing images of the impossibly long truck lines outside the facility.
