Bank Account Verification Failure - Canadian Business on Amazon US
I have an incorporated business in Canada. I have a CIBC bank account in Canada. This bank name stands for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. I have submitted my bank statement many times without success to Amazon US.
I have had a letter given to me from CIBC saying our company is with them and the same bank account info I provided. Also failed.
The only thing I can figure out here is that the statement and the letter both say CIBC and not Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce which when I add the institution 0010 it shows Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce so naturally the statement does not match since it says CIBC. There is nothing I can do about this.
I have reached out to support chat on many occasiuons and it goes nowhere. They repeat the statement must match the name, account info etc which it does and I explain this issue and they repeat the 4 qualifiers again over and over. No one is listening and all I get is it does not match.
