Problems with BNE1

Hi,

Has anyone else been having problems with rejected deliveries from BNE1???

I have sent over 80 different deliveries to Amazons various warehouses around the country and have never had an issue until last month. Last month, BNE1 has started returning all off my packages with a note from Australia Post saying that they were rejected by the warehouse. I have contacted Amazon Customer Support at least 5 times and they never give me an answer.

I have sent a total of 11 packages to the BNE1 warehouse. The first 3 were all accepted, but the remaining ones have all been rejected over a period of about a month. Nothing at all changed with the way I was sending or anything.

Has anyone else experiened this or can someone from Amazon help?

Because the reasons for rejection vary, please consider contacting the relevant team directly for further information.

On the other hand, there are numerous reasons why a pallet may be rejected.

Shipments on plastic pallets, for example, will be denied.

Please kindly check the below link for more details on possible rejection reasons.

Same here, i send parcel to BNE1 by Australia Post, these week, all returned. It has a label on the parcel said refused delivery, call the phone on the label , also no one know what problem.....
