How To Check Balance Due When Account Is Closed??

discussion.I do not run this business anymore and the old payment method is invalid. I cannot access anything on my account, all I can do is update my payment method. How do I see the balance due before I give my card information? Depending on the balance I might need to use a different payment method.

I've contacted you guys through email multiple times but now I get no response... please help
