Our policy is that sellers maintain an LSR under 4% in order to sell in the Amazon store. An LSR above 4% may result in account deactivation.

Things to consider:

Review your handling and transit time: Remember, total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any weekends or public holidays in Australia). Modify your handling time the day before the regional holiday so that the estimated delivery time displayed to buyers on the product detail page and checkout pages is accurate.

Set up holiday mode : Avoid missing orders that could affect your performance. Store status and vacation settings allow you to temporarily remove your seller-fulfilled listings.
