counterfeit violation and appeal
Hello,
I wrote an appeal regarding the counterfeit violation in my jp account health. But even though I wrote it 3 times, it was not accepted.
I do dropshipping. I don't have an invoice.
Could you please tell me what else do I need to do?
The appeal I wrote to Amazon.
Subject: Appeal for Removal of Counterfeit Violation
Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am writing to appeal the counterfeit violation against our account regarding ASIN B0BX3Q6P8V, which was issued on October 13. We appreciate the steps taken by Amazon to ensure the authenticity and quality of products on the platform, and we understand the importance of maintaining trust in the marketplace.
Our objection to the counterfeit violation is based on the following points:
Primary Points:
Dropshipping Model: We operate using a dropshipping model, which means we do not have traditional invoices for the products we sell. As a result, we cannot provide invoices to prove the originality of the product. However, we would like to emphasize that all our products are sourced directly from Amazon.com, ensuring their authenticity.
Sourcing from Amazon: All of our products are purchased directly from Amazon, a reputable and trusted marketplace. This means that our products are genuine and comply with Amazon's quality standards.
Root Causes:
The counterfeit violation was reported to Amazon by shirleyatipitaka com regarding the PITAKA iPad Pro 11 Inch Case, Multi-fold Folio with Magnetic Apple Pencil Holder, Lightweight, Compatible with iPad Pro 11'' (2022/2021/2020/2018), and iPad Air (5th/4th Gen) in our inventory in Black.
Actions Taken:
Immediately upon receiving the counterfeit violation notification from Amazon, we reached out to shirleyatipitaka com to apologize and address any concerns they may have had.
Preventive Measures:
To prevent any future violations, we have taken and will continue to take the following measures:
We will maintain our practice of sourcing products exclusively from Amazon to ensure their authenticity.
In addition, we will implement a more robust quality control process in our warehouse to verify the originality of each product before it is shipped to our customers.
Our request is to kindly reconsider and remove the violation from our account health. We take this issue seriously and are committed to maintaining the integrity of the Amazon marketplace. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and trust in our products.
We would like to express our willingness to cooperate fully with Amazon to address any concerns and maintain a healthy and trustworthy seller account. We understand the importance of Amazon's strict policies and are dedicated to complying with them.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a swift resolution and appreciate your ongoing support in maintaining the integrity of the Amazon marketplace.
Sincerely,

Hello @Seller_Hoi0KrQoXdbDl,
You may want to review the Drop Shipping Policy on Amazon:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com.au/help/hub/reference/G201808410
Drop shipping, or allowing a third party to fulfil orders for customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record. The following examples of drop shipping are policy violations that may result in a restriction of your ability to sell using Amazon’s Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN):
Purchasing products from a third party, including Amazon or another seller in Amazon’s stores, and having that third party ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the third party) appears on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging, is strictly prohibited without exception; or
Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own is also strictly prohibited.
Any time a customer sees packaging, invoices, or receipts identifying a seller that is not you it creates confusion for the customer about how their order is being fulfilled and whom they should contact with any problems or questions.
If you intend to fulfil orders using another company’s fulfilment service, a third party logistics company, or a drop shipper, you must always:
Have an agreement with your supplier where you are the only seller of record and the only entity identified as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or any other information included or provided in connection with the products;
Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a different seller or third-party supplier prior to shipping the order; and
Remain solely responsible for accepting and processing customer returns, and always comply with the Business Solutions Agreement and applicable Amazon policies.
I hope this helps.
