We offer a range of oils, including black seed oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, rosemary oil, and more. We would also like to know what certifications are required.

Someone who knows this is certainly selling him/herself oils and won't give you an advice..... there are enough competitors. You have to do your research to first fulfill the legal obligations by searching the governement's websites of the market you want to sell and afterwards Amazon's conditions.

I agree that you may need to do some further research on those government websites and review the Amazon Terms & Conditions before starting out.
