Identifying a Customer product review
Hello,
How can I identify an order witch a customer has left me a product review?
We do not sell private-label products, and I need to find a product review of orders that have been purchased from us.
What is the best way to identify it?

The way that I do it is I go one by one in my order history.
It takes a while but I don't see any other way to do it.

Attention, you are not allowed to contact (harrass) a customer for a product review. But it's your risk, if you wish to do it.

I think theres sellics app but its like 150$ a month or more I think it uses API access to view all of the feedback and add campaigns I havent used it in a few years but we were able to see all of that with notification when we tried the software . We just couldnt afford it at the time and have yet to try again buts its like AI assisted PPC organizing software for amazon .

Hello @Seller_vkMjogTgW8237
Thank you for visiting the seller forums. I am providing a link to Answers to Questions about Product Reviews. It is true that Amazon automatically sends emails asking buyers to leave reviews. You do not have to do anything in this regard. Go to Early Reviewer Program to learn more.
If you decide to ask a buyer to leave a review, you may not ask for a positive review or ask for reviews only from buyers who had a positive experience, nor may you ask customers to change or remove their review, or attempt to influence the review. For example, you may not offer any compensation for a review, including money or gift cards, free or discounted products, refunds or reimbursements, or any other future benefits.
