Amazon lost my inventory - NSW Kemps creek.
Hello,
I need assistance with my Amazon FBA inventory problem. On September 14th, I sent inventory to Amazon, confirmed by Australia Post that it has been delivered. However, Amazon is unresponsive, and my listings are inactive, causing financial losses. I'm considering seeking help from the NSW Consumer Law Department. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. I have also attached the proof.

The parcel probably has been delivered but has not been checked in yet by amazon, your products are not lost, just delayed. I have had to wait 40days for amazon to check my products in, just be patient and they will be active for sale

I have the same exact issue with Kemps Creek. Aus post mentioned it was collected on 14 Sep too. Support has been useless as they keep rehashing the same standard reply that it can take 5-10 days to check in.

I am having the same issue. Australia Post confirming delivery of my parcel on the 05/09, I thought this first parcel was lost. I then express posted a second parcel arriving on the 14/09 which suffered the same fate = Australia Post advises it was delivered and Amazon has not updated to received.
I have two cases open with Amazon, with replies appearing to be automated/or potentially ai genrated responses.
Can someone @Amazon let us know if there is a backlog and lengthy delays receiving stock at BWU2? Is there any insights to what is happening?

Sort of glad to read this post - Isn't only me with inventory seemingly stuck at Kemps Creek

Same problem here.
Aupost didn't update status but claimed parcel was delivered.

We have nine shipments with late check-in or closed with inventory missing to Kemps Creek.
We have exhausted trying to resolve the issue in the correct manner. We have tried Amazon Seller Support. We then sent multiple emails to account managers without resolution.
We have begun action in NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) to resolve the matter.
We have been selling on Amazon since 2018. We were quite successful up until BWU2 Kemps Creek opened. Since we were forced to inbound into Kemps Creek it has devastated our business with the inability to get inbound stock in a timely manner.
For anyone else who thinks, "we don't have any problems" - we sell over 4,000 units per month hence we have a constant flow into Amazon. And, it has been nothing but a trainwreck since BWU2 opened.
If we lived in any other city, we wouldn't have this problem. But, being based in Sydney has meant we have been at a huge handicap thanks to the inefficiencies of Kemps Creek.
