Amazon FBA Wrong Product Measurement
Hi All,
My product has multiple variants, not in size or weight but color. It comes in a rigid box which has fixed dimensions, the only difference is that it has a different FNSKU on the box, that is all! I sent new color variants to Amazon and the new colors came up with 20 cent higher fees. So I asked them to investigate, they came back with the weights and dimensions and said it is correct. My debate with Seller Support is having a color difference wont cause 20 cents extra and the fee should be like the other variants that has been selling for 2 years! They came back with another response that we have remeasured it again (Despite that I did not ask since I opened the case to remeasure or re weigh anything) and came with EVEN WORSE dimensions that hiked my FBA from 20 cents more to 2 full USD extra!! They messed up the width from 4 inches to 11 inches!! I reopened the case and the short answer was we cant do anything we have measure those products 2 times in 60 days!
So they do the mistake 2 times and it is our fault! How can this be possible that they are measuring things wrongly and do not care to fix their own problem? I need someone to help escalate this please as I am paying close to 3 USD extra in fees because of the FBA team error. Note that I have been selling for 2 years with a fixed FBA fee for the other variants.
