DELETED DRAFTS HELO
Today, I was working on one of two saved drafts. Saving after every input so that the draft would be safe. Upon completion of one of the drafts, I saved and then hit submit. After some buffering the page deleted itself and the draft. I went to another browser (Chrome) and signed in; on the Add a Product Page, it said, "You have two unfinished drafts," but when I clicked the link, nothing was there. The system deleted the one I was working on and a second one that I would have been starting on later. I can still see the pages of work if I use my history in Safari, but in reality, all the work is mysteriously gone from Amazon. After speaking with customer service there seems to be no resolution for this issue. I have sent screenshots and am waiting for a response. Please if anyone has encountered and fixed this glitch, please share with me how to recoup the work. I have screenshots for one, but for the other, I have no idea how I arranged all the info. Thank you

If not, I can recommend attempting standard troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and cookies or accessing via a different browser, but you may also wish to connect with our seller support team for more technical troubleshooting!
