Buyer" Package didn't arrive: Request a replacement item"
Hi i received a message from a customer requesting a replacement. He included this Message "Order says customer changed address. I didn't change the delivery address"
Clearly I didn't change the address.. only he would have the tracking information unless someone else has access to his account. But either way.
I purchased shipping thru Amazon.
Hereare the details. What should I do?
