BWU2 terrible delays
This is the third shipment to BWU2 in Sydney with terrible delays. Sent it on 29th of August, today it is a whole month and not checked in yet.
On the previous shipments I was really worried if it was lost. I opened a case with AusPost, they said it is delivered. Then I opened a case with Amazon, they would simply calm me down and practically say not to worry.
Even shipments sent to Melbourne are delivered, scanned and finished.
Until these issues are solved at BWU2, do we have the option to choose the fulfillment centre when creating the shipment?
