Where Can I Find Customer Street Address? Need to Reship
A customer notified me that I only shipped 1 pr of earrings when she ordered 2. The old packing slip does not have the street address. There should be a way to find the old label which had the address but I cannot find it. I did respond to the customer asking for her street address and she hasn't responded back. I looked everywhere to try to pull up that old label. Can anyone help direct me to the right place. I This this mailed in August so maybe there's a time factor with finding labels. I'd really like to get this out to her.

I'm pretty sure Amazon wipes the street address after 30 days. Even if you use 3rd party shipping software it will get erased on there as well...at least it does for ShipStation, which is what I use. Best bet is to see if she responds back to you.

@Seller_JJ3m6kv6dqD4IActually, I think Amazon is wiping the address after 10 days. You can go into the order and click on reprint label if you are using Amazon shipping and you will be able to see the address on the label.

Hi @Teena_Stewart,
Thanks for the post. If the buyer is unresponsive due to a message not being delivered / bounced back, you can send a critical message to a buyer. Include the word [Important] with brackets as shown, anywhere in the subject line. The email will not be blocked and you won't receive a bounce back message.
Including a quick read on Critical Messages.
Best regards,
