Missing Inventory

Hi,

Can anyone advise me please, how can I track my inventory which has been delivered to FBA Warehouse Since 13 march 2025 from my supplier. here is my case ID3001929693. please I need an update because it's been so long.

Hi

I have the same issue. my inventory was delivered to Kemps Creek FBA on 11 March. Is showing as "shipped" only on shipping queue however most of the ASINs are available for sale with customers actually buying products. However on inventory is doubled up with both "available" and "inbound" at the same time.

3 ASINs are missing being the most expensive products I sell.

I have sent repeat information and receive irrelevant ridiculous replies and Seller Support is not doing anything to help.

At first they blamed my courier for not delivering. Poor Courier company.

It is affecting my available inventory levels and also my pocket.

If you find anyone to help, I would be interested to also know because I am just getting the run around and getting zero help.

I see in case 3001929693. Seller Support has informed you that it usually takes 10-14 days after the shipment is received to completely receive the units and close the shipment.

It would be great if you can share us the current situation.
