Incentive Offer Enrolled

Hello,

I see that there is a line written "Incentive Offer Enrolled" and I can see there is Fee Discount, however when I check the transaction I don't see any discount. Does the discount come back later?

Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. I think I might need a bit or information on the subject matter though. Are you referring to an incentive being offered to you as a seller or something you are trying to offer to your customers?
