Seller central support
Bad customer service for sellers.
No one knows anything on seller central support.
They always said that there are going to forward issues to internal team. I never been informed what team?
I am not sure if they forwarded to the right tem??
My issues are still there. Not solved.
Try to call them today 7 times, every time calls were dropped.
The company like amazon should have better customer service for sellers. Seems to me they are careless.

This is pretty typical of Amazon complaints BUT the truth is that even if they told you what team it was sent to YOU wouldn't know if it was the correct one or not.
That is because Amazon works on a 'silo management' system so departments are segmented islands of confusion.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
