Appeal for Reactivation of Amazon Account
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the inability to reactivate my Amazon account. It appears that the initial submission of incorrect documents (bank statement and driver license) led to the decision to permanently deactivate my account. Unfortunately, by the time I rectified this error and submitted the appropriate documentation (telephone bill), it was deemed too late for acceptance.
What can I do to reactivate my account?

I had your exact same scenario brother, and they have told you lost your chance the first time you should've submitted the correct document. and even after raising case ID and talking to the seller support, they say we can't accept further appeals and we will only consider substantial new information. and then after doing what they have asked for, no response still ..

Hello @Seller_SiPth5eqdnMFR,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope all is well.
As you have mentioned, I understand that your account is deactivated and you have been unable to resolve it. For the seller forums community and I to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.
Per our global seller identity verification policy, the documents must be valid, authentic and unaltered, and must match the information when you register your account. I see that you have appealed your deactivation. Have you received a performance notification or a case log pertaining information of an update?
If you have received a performance notification or a case log, attach it to the post and make sure to remove any personal information.
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best wishes,
Cade
