Assistance Needed with Verification Process for Amazon Australia and UAE Accounts
Dear Amazon Community,
I am reaching out for help regarding an issue I'm facing with the verification process for my Amazon Australia and UAE accounts. Unfortunately, I am unable to successfully complete the verification process because my company was officially closed on April 2, 2024.
In November 2023, I successfully closed my Amazon accounts in EU countries and the UK. However, in the UAE and Australia, I mistakenly clicked on the pending accounts while attempting to close them, similar to the process I followed in the EU and UK.
Please note that I did not have any sales in the UAE or Australia; my intention was solely to close these accounts as I did with my other accounts.
Now, I am stuck in the verification process because I am unable to provide the required utility bill for my closed company. The only documents I can currently provide are the company’s documents or the residential address of the Directors or Owners.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance on how I can successfully complete the verification process so that I can close these accounts.
