Long story short. We are the author of a book we sell on Amazon. Our publisher put the ISBN under their brand, which is preventing us from listing our own book. Not in our contract, but it is what it is.

I have requested a LOA, but my concern is how long Amazon takes to review and approve. Is it a few days, few weeks, few months. Is it easy or to they probe for a million documents? I have also requested that they look into removing that ISBN from their brand if possible.

Any advice would be helpful
