Brand Registry please
I applied for brand registry about a month ago and I noticed that my brand registry application is still pending review. I can't reapply and either can edit my listing because it says I'm not the owner of the brand - bit frustrating as i feel like im in a loop trying fix it . it says its answered but its still pending.

It will be necessary for you to log into the Brand Registry account you used to submit the application and contact the Brand Registry team directly. The case ID you have shared appears to be for amazon.com and not amazon.com.au. You can sign into Brand Registry through this page: https://brandservices.amazon.com .
The team will be able to review the case you have referenced and assist you further.
