It has now been 115 days, and my listing is still blocked for compliance review. My ASIN (B0DH3YP38K) on Amazon Australia has been inactive. This has severely impacted my sales, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no resolution or timeline for review completion.
I submitted the required compliance documents on March 5th, yet my case remains pending with no updates. I have contacted Seller Support and Account Health multiple times, but each time, I receive the same generic response:
"We have contacted the concerned team; you will hear back from us soon."
However, nothing has been resolved.
