We received a warning about Food and Product Safety Issues in the account health section of my Amazon dashboard.We have deleted prohibited, patented, and Food and Product Safety Issues in our inventory.My account has already been deactivated due to a product safety policy violation. Amazon requested test report for that violation.But we are unable to provide a test report I am writing to respectfully request your support regarding a product safety violation linked to ASIN B09MNB2VJH and B09FXNYHHB.

CASE ID-

These ASINs are not our brand or private label products — We had temporarily listed them but removed them from our inventory as soon as we received the violation.

🔹 Key Points:

We have completely removed this ASIN from our inventory, and we have no intention of relisting them/

It has now been over 180 days since the violations were issued.

We want to acknowledge this violation, but there is no “Acknowledge” option available on my Account Health dashboard.

⚠️ Current Impact:

Due to this unresolved violations, our Account Health has dropped below 100 points, and our account is currently deactivated.

We are unable to proceed with reinstatement until these violations are cleared or acknowledged.

🙏 Request:

WE kindly request Amazon to:

Manually acknowledge these violations on our behalf, since the system is not giving me the option.

Allow the violation to expire, since we have not relisted the ASIN, and it has been over 6 months.

We are fully committed to compliance and maintaining a high-quality selling experience on Amazon.We have made sure my current and future listings follow all of Amazon's policies.

Hi @Seller_5zI0wsS66MHFLI am hoping you can help in getting this escalated to the correct area

We have an ongoing battle with product policy violations related to compliance with Australian Electrical Standards.

We do not create new ASINs only list against existing ones and there are many ASINs active on the Australian Marketplace with incorrect voltages, mostly US 110 volts due to the voltage being treated as a global attribute and the ASINs having been created by US sellers and corrections are not accepted otherwise they would create an equivalent violation on the US marketplace. The reality is that pretty much all products nowadays are 100-240 volts at 50-60Hz so that they are globally compliant

We sell IT products, sourced only from mainstream Australian distributors such as IngramMicro and DickerData and have approximately 70K products in our catalog of which 20K are listed on Amazon - meaning we use API uploads via an Amazon approved integrator app

We engaged extensively with an Account Manager and a Category Manager who have stopped responding now for 6 months after failing to provide any solution.

There is no way to determine the attributes and whether ASINs have an invalid voltage value prior to creation of a listing

Amazon cannot provide an inventory report that includes the voltage attributes so proactive removal of listings of the impacted ASINs can be undertaken by us

Amazon do not prevent the creation of ASINs in the Australian Marketplace with voltages which do not comply with Australian Electrical Standards

Amazon have not purged/deactivated ASINs on the Australian Marketplace with voltages which do not comply with Australian Electrical Standards

This leaves us in a position of having our account at risk of deactivation - which has already happened multiple times and took 3 months to be reactivated previously - due to these policy violations simply caused by an issue Amazon are fully aware of, have failed to take reasonable steps to mitigate and failed to provide any tools to allow sellers to mitigate or take proactive - and most depressingly these are very simple steps for Amazon to take to remove the issue

At peak we have sold $30K a week on Amazon so extrapolated that could be $1.5M a year of which Amazon's cut of 15% on average is $230K so there is clearly a material financial impact to Amazon if we stop selling/are deactivated due to this.

As we cannot be the only seller impacted by this the potential losses to Amazon are huge and material so I am baffled by the lack of action and apparent lack of interest in addressing this issue

Hello everyone,

I have submitted documentation required in order to list my product, which I have done over a month ago. The outcome was meant to come out on the 2nd of June 2025 but I still have had no update. I have been getting everyday for the past month emails stating that they have received my application and that it will take 2-3 business days- but I have had no substantial response or update despite my endless attempts to get an update.

Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi fellow sellers,

I’m urgently seeking ways to speed up the progress of compliance review for 7 Baby Bibs SKUs on Amazon AU. Here’s the situation:

June 4: Submitted compliance reports . Today (10th business day): Still stuck in "Under Review."

Seller Support’s stance: "Wait 15 business days" before investigating.

My concern is that all 7 SKUs are in stock in Amazon's FBA warehouses, which could lead to a risk of item removal if the review takes longer than 15 business days.

Have any sellers experienced a similar situation?

Would really appreciate any insights – it’d be a big help!

Compliance Approved but Listing Still Inactive

I had my product listing blocked due compliance issue almost 60 days now. After uploading the required documents and got approved, they said my listing will be re-activated within 48 hours. However nothing changed between this timeline. I tried to contact Amazon Support and Health Specialists multiple times. But unfortunately I keep receiving the same templated answers “We looking into the issue, we’ll get back to you”. This thing it’s been happening 3+ weeks now and it’s really frustrating. Also I have stuck inventory, and Amazon keeps asking me to remove it. I don’t know who to contact anymore.

Please I’m asking for urgent escalation and help for this issue.
