I’m a new seller on Amazon Australia and I believe I meet all the eligibility criteria for the New Seller Incentives, including the New Brand Benefit.

Here's my situation:

I registered after Jan 1, 2024

I have a Professional Selling Plan

I’m the first and only brand owner of my brand on Amazon Australia

My first buyable listing went live more than 30 days ago.

I contacted support and they said to wait but nothing has been activated in my incentives dashboard yet.

Has anyone else experienced this delay? How long did it take for you to receive your benefits?
