yeah after requesting a call, there will be internal error will shown, more ever call via case log option also dysfunction

Amazon's recommendation in such a situation is as follows.

"Could you try clearing cache and cookies and reopening the page to access it again?

If it still doesn’t work, please consider opening a case with Seller Support and providing the case ID number in this thread.
