DHL Express International vs UPS Worldwide Expedited Duties and Taxes
we are sell our products from our US location in amazon.com to international destination
for long time we use to ship with USPS international , however amazon no longer offer USPS , only DHL Express DDP stating that the Duties and Taxes will be charged to our amazon account , so we raised our shipping to cover these fees
however on some orders (expensive orders $200 nd above) the duties and taxes can get very expensive
for example a shoe $300 from US to United Kingdom , DHL offer $24.00 , however after checking the duties and taxes on this item , it comes to $100 just for duties and taxes + the freight i have to pay , which is way more than the freight we added
and now we see an option to ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited for $50.00 , however we do not see the DDP sign next do it
dose it mean that we will not be charged for the Duties and taxes with UPS ?
we put the shoe to be 4LB and the Origin with Put US
if anyone can help here i will appreciate it

After having a number of issues with international shipments I refuse to sell globally on Amazon.
I will do it on eBay because I can ship to THEIR warehouse and they will forward it to the buyer AND take care of ALL issues including taxes, INR, damaged, etc.
Comparing how they handle things is like comparing a Prime T-Bone to dumpster diving.
Sell internationally at your own risk (and bank account).
