Does Amazon Pay Out For Lost Packages If You Use Their Shipping Service?
I once heard that Amazon would refund the customer and not deduct the sale from the merchant if a package was not delivered, but you used the Amazon shipping service. Is this correct? I can't seem to find any statement online that says that, however they do say they will remove bad feedback, etc. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

If you used Amazon buy shipping, then the buyer can claim INR and Amazon should cover it.
Feedback will not be removed if it doesn't meet requirements but can be stricken through if it's Amazon's fault.

Hello @Seller_doBoePyFSxU0h, Buy Shipping can definitely offer some protection against A-to-Z Claims. I think this help page on What if a buyer says they didn't receive their order? may contain the information you are looking for. Let me know if you have additional questions.
