Question about returnless resolution settings

Hi everyone, I'm confused by the returnless resolution settings. I'm wondering what the price range stands for in the settings. Is it the price of a single item, or the total price of the item which is applied for refunds?

For example, I set the policy as the picture below shows and let's say I have a product called "A" which sells at a price of $4. What will happen if an order includes two "A" items which total price is $8 and a refund is requested? Will it be returnless, or not?

Hi @Seller_AcOH7rMloeaGd

If you set your price range per item/ASIN at $0-$5, then in your example, the two items in one order would each be handled with a returnless resolution. This would apply if only one item had a requested return, or would also apply if the two items have requested returns.
