Identity Verification Issue on Amazon.com.au – Documents Accepted on Other Marketplaces
Hello,
I am experiencing issues with the identity verification process for my Amazon.com.au seller account. I have submitted all the required official documents (ID, address proof, etc.) completely and in their original form. However, I received feedback that my documents were not accepted. Unfortunately, I was not provided with clear information about which document was rejected or the reason for the rejection.
The same documents were successfully approved on my Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.mx accounts without any problems. Therefore, I am confident that my documents are valid and compliant.
Additionally, due to character restrictions on Amazon.com.au (such as vowels), my account information may not exactly match the details on my official documents. In my country, the use of vowels in legal names is mandatory, and these vowels appear on my official documents.
I have contacted Amazon support to explain this situation but have yet to receive a clear response. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I find out which document is causing the problem?
Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

Hello Senol, I am facing the same issue and after my documents were rejected I received an email stating that my account will remain deactivated and they my not respond to my appeals anymore. I sent many documents proving my ID and Address in many formats. Let me know too if you get more information about this issue please.
