Account Verification: US and Australia

I received a notification on 11/16/23 after signing up for a professional seller account to verify my account in the US and Australia markets. I'm based in the US and have not sold in the Australia market. I completed the verification process for the US market, is it also required to verify the Australia market even though I haven't sold and do not plan to sell in the Australia market? Thanks.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. I have reviewed your account and see that the US store is verified and you are able to list items.

I recommend that you reach out to Seller Support in the AU store for the verification or closure of that store.

If forums assistance is also needed for the AU issue, please change the store in your Forums account to AU and create a new post explaining the situation you are facing in detail. This process will engage a Community Manager in that store and they can engage the proper support team.

You can change the store in the Forums by clicking the drop down box in the upper right hand corner and selecting the AU store as illustrated below.
