Amazon collects and remits sales tax for all of the states that have sales tax.
You can download tax reports. You may still have to file even though you owe nothing -- check with your state tax board to determine your filing responsibilities.

Hopefully you have a West Virginia retailers license. You should know the answer because you have been filing sales tax as your state requires.
