Selling application category - Food

Hi all!

Is there a template we can use to complete the self-declaration for the application to category (Food). As far as I understand it, it's a simple signed letter that just has the statement “I will adhere to the requirements outlined on Seller Central and all applicable laws and regulations regarding food products in Australia” written, signed and dated.

Please let me know if it's a different case and if it requires more than that.
