Customer wants to cancel a refund request
Hi, I just received a message from a customer who wants to cancel her refund request for an order she received.
Here's the message: "PLEASE cancel the refund I just requested! My husband thought it was his package and had it stashed somewhere else. Our household was sick over the holidays and we are JUST getting to opening our gifts!"
Since this was an FBA shipment, can't she just cancel it on her end? As a seller, I can't cancel that request so I wanted to see what I needed to respond with. Thanks!

We have received the same message for a purchased and delivered product. It must be some type of new scam we haven't figured out yet. We will just have to wait until the item is either returned or not returned to see what happens.
