Customers order still pending due to payment
I have a customer order that has been placed y them over a week ago, and their payment is still pending!
How long will this last before amazon cancels for me, because i can't find a way to cancel the order. At the moment customer is technically holding my stock hostage. Stock has sold very well, and until amazon receives my next shipment and processes, that's my last item from that range.
Is there anything i can do?

If the buyer's payment shows "pending," it means that Amazon is verifying the payment method provided by the buyer.
If the payment verification fails, Amazon will cancel the order.
Please be assured, however, that this cancellation will have no effect on your cancellation metrics.

Regarding the process of payment verification,
you can check the "How long can an order be in Pending status before it gets cancelled?" section in the aforementioned Help Page.
For the time being, I recommend that you wait until the verification procedure is completed.
