Having Difficulty getting approval for Baby and Kids furniture
Hi I am new to Amazon and find the adding of products very difficult.
We are a Fair Trade business with handmade wooden items.
I have only 3 items Listed, 2 parents with children as the process is very time consuming. To be honest, I was just about to close the account after getting No sales in 6 weeks. Then overnight, Yay, my first sale, only enough to cover this month's subscription, so I'm still behind!
I thought I would go in and try to fix the Inactive item issues and persevere.
One particular item, the parent has 17 children. 1 child is approved and the other 16 (identical, just a different picture) are not approved.
Despite responding to the many Amazon email with my pictures etc, now my case logs are automatically declined?
Can anyone help?

Within the case of the declined request, it is likely that the related ream has asked you for more information in order to get approved, but have you tried to provide them that information?
