i am selling on amazon egypt for couple years already , 2 days ago i got mail that account is deactivated , but it worked for 1 more day normal ,i thought it is wrong mail , but yesterday i got mail and notification on the egyptian store that it is deactivated too , and they mention it is related to another account ... from beginning of selling on amazon i noticed many international accounts related but i never touched them , never sell or listing there , all my work was in Egypt marketplace 100%

now America market place is deactivated and they need information to prove my identity and so , ok i have all needed information because everything is under my name anyway

but why this happened ? and how long it takes to solve it ?
