Unable to receive Amazon phone and SMS verification codes
Since yesterday, my phone has not received the verification code from Amazon. After choosing to call my number, there is still no call from Amazon. I'm not sure whether Amazon didn't send a verification code or it was a problem with my mobile phone number. For this reason, I contacted the communication operator and confirmed with them that my number was in normal condition (this is indeed the case, and the text messages sent to me by others were normal. take over).
Has anyone encountered the same problem? Urgent help!

Some accounts, mostly from non US countries, can no longer receive the OTP on the phone. You have to install an authenticator app on your phone or on your computer. Attention: this is ONLY possible if YOUR email address is the Primary User. Read and follow following thread:
