Locked Seller and Buyer account UPDATED & DETAILS(RE-POST)
Hello guys,
I created a seller account in May 2023 (No listing yet). I created another seller account only last week(No listing yet, buyer since early 2020). My intention is to do Wholesale in 1 account, and PL in another account. (I am just getting started as a seller)
I tried to buy something a couple of days ago in an account created in May 2023. My account got locked, and they asked for a picture of my card, which I sent them.
They refused to unlock my account. I filled up the form 3 times, with all the documents they wanted but none worked. Today, I spoke to a representative, and she told me to create a new account, so I did. I tried to place an order in a new buyer account, but it got locked as well.
It is not possible to speak to any responsible person in the department. What I should do now to unlock both accounts? I haven't done anything wrong. I gave USER PERMISSION to a VA who will help me with my May 2023 account(Wholesale). It is too frustrating now, nothing seems working.
I haven't tried to log in to my newly created seller account, which was registered as a buyer almost 4 years ago.
Did I violate the multiple account policy? I have a legitimate need for 2 accounts as I plan for 1 PL and 1 Wholesale. Wholesale to start immediately and PL in 2/4 months. (I have used my DEBIT card in both seller accounts, as my 4 credit cards are negative)

Just to clear up a couple of points.
You had no need to open a second account.
When you offer items for sale on Amazon you are not selling wholesale. You are selling retail. The general idea is to source wholesale and sell retail.
Your first account probably flew up a verification flag by being dormant for so long and then suddenly used. You probably would have faced that even without opening the second account.
However, you have made things ever so much more complicated by opening that second account when -- as the bots see it -- the first account was not in good standing.
Yes, you did violate the multiple account policy in that you had no need for another account.
The fact that your first wasn't in use at that time (and was going to require verification) probably makes the system view it as opening a second account while the first is not in good standing.
The VA you hired may or may not be involved with this suspension. Most often VA poisoning is shown by suspension due to related accounts. But the damage may show up in other ways.
Sorry I have no actual advice. You may recover. You may not.
This being a holiday weekend, I would not look for mod help.
