Just coming across this thread here, thank you for your patience!

Just to clarify, are you wanting to cancel a FBA shipment? If so, you can cancel your shipment by clicking Cancel shipment at the bottom of the Send to Amazon shipment workflow page. This will cancel all shipments that you created and move them into Canceled status in your Shipping Queue. You can read more information about this cancellation process right here.
