Support giving out our phone number as support for products we don't sell
Hoping to have a mod look at this, as support doesn't seem to understand. Case 14663917081
Situation: Products are sold by Amazon, so there are no listed contacts for the manufacturer. We sell a brand that has a name contained within the name of the product line Amazon is selling, so it appears Amazon has us listed as a number to give out to customers when they need manufacturer support. We have no connection to the company or its products.
We sell Arcadia Reptile products, but the brand Amazon is selling is ArcadiaGardenProducts
Currently runs between 20 and 50 calls per week. How do we get this misinformation removed from Seller Support's stock answer for this product line?
