I would like to have an Amazon selling issue escalated to someone with more authority I am a part of "SILENTJIM" community!!
To Whom it May Concern: Thousands of packages are stuck in Atlanta and have not left Atlanta since the 6th of December. As you know this will affect out valid tracking and OTDR which is not fair to us. My drivers just told me to expect delays because the packages were all scanned and stuck in the distribution centers. I have over 2000 PLUS packages stuck with no movements.
Please advise on what is our next course of action. I

Amazon, I really hope you will get this resolved and let sellers know what the next course of action will be. Sellers help keep this platform running and it's truly not fair to have our valid tracking and OTDR rates affected from things that are outside of our control. Please fix this.

Amazon - I have 2 packages that are STUCK in Transit / NOT delivered yet - and I got an A-Z claim due to not arriving on time. What’s happening in ATLANTA - I am fearful of the same happening in MD.
AMAZON - please give grace due to carrier discrepancies in delivery our products on time OTDR’s should not impact us at this time!!
