Hello, amazon asked me for an invoice for the product and I requested it from my supplier in china. amazon sees the invoice I sent to amazon as profarma. how can I fix this situation. i asked my supplier in china to make a new invoice, they said we always send it like this, my supplier wants an invoice template, does anyone have any idea about this, thanks.

Thanks for your post.
You need to ensure that nothing on the invoice indicates that it is proforma. While I don't have details about the products you wish to sell the following help page has some information about what documents are not accepted as invoices: Document requirements to sell safety risk products. You also need to ensure that your supplier details are accurate so that the team can contact them if necessary. It isn't possible for me to provide you with an invoice template.
