Lost shipment by Amazon's Partnered Carrier Program - Aramex
Our shipment was picked up by Aramex on the 7th of May 2024 and can not be located either by Aramex or Amazon.
We have a case opened with Amazon since June 2024 and the investigation has not yet conlcuded.
Case opened with Aramex says they delivered the shipment in bulk to Amazon and we should check with Amazon.
Amazon is coming back to us since June 2024 saying they are investigating. Unfortunately, It's getting nowhere with our money stuck and inventory lost.
Can any one guide on how to deal with this situation?
Case ID is 2780367163. So unhappy and sad to see this happening to us and really out of ideas on what can turn things around in our favor. We have not even gotten a reimbursement, since the investigation is not concluded yet ...
