Amazon Accounting doesn't respond
My account is suspended 4 months ago because of wrong voltage listing.
None of the delivered order had an issue or any relations with the suspend reason.
First they said 29th April is the last day of account review and now Australia accounting doesn't even respond to me for a month.
All A-Z warranties are over and there are no any claims.
My funds are still on hold over 4 month.
Its too funny that Amazon need to hold 3k usd for such a long time..

If you are saying that Amazon supsended your account for what they consider a violation then you are probably going to be even more disappointed. I had the same problem with Amazon EU (All country sites) Somebody (competititor) lodged multiple copyright claims for dozens of listings he had no right to. My EU sites were suspended for 4 months. The sites never came out of suspension & after 12 months the sites went into de-activation. Amazon then kept over $10,000 AUD of my money for every sale made for every item sold including all items not claimed by this person. Best of luck but you are dealing with AI bots that are designed to take yu round in circles. Best of luck but I suspect you have lost all your funds.
