Launch of Partnered Carrier Programme flat rate fee
Starting August 1, 2024, there is a new shipping rate for the Partnered Carrier Programme. You will now be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 4.99 (+GST) per individual box within a Partnered Carrier Programme shipment. This fee applies regardless of size, weight or destination.
For example, if one 10 kg box is shipped from Sydney to a Melbourne fulfilment centre, the fee is AUD 4.99 (+GST). Similarly, if one shipment consisting of three 500 gram boxes is sent from Perth to a Sydney fulfilment centre, the fee is AUD 4.99 x 3 = AUD 14.97 (+GST).
