A review is from a customer who did not purchase the product from our store
A reviewer left fake 1-star review for our products without buying item from our store. We don't have another online store.
We contacted amazon customer service and they told me to click "report". I did it many times but useless. he 1-star review continued to exist under my products.
Our competitors defeated my new products in this unfair way.
However, amazon does nothing about this behavior, is the fair competitive environment amazon has created for sellers?

It’s a cold world out there I will tell you that! It’s weird what people are willing to do to destroy other people. I am in the same boat as you except mine is a vine reviewer. I have been trying to get Amazon to work on it and I am still waiting.
I really hope you get everything taken care of because I know how much damage this could cause.

There has never been a requirement that the item has to be purchased through Amazon in order to leave a product review.

Buyers are allowed to do whatever they want and they are still allowed to exist on Amazon.
On the other hand sellers are suspended for very minor issues and banned forever to sell on amazon.
We had buyer who called us N..,.,. and we have reported it but nothing happened. There was NO feedback what happened to this buyer.
Everything is about money, so who cares for sellers who might feed family selling on amazon. It is going to be even worse when AI takes over.

Amazon does allow users to leave reviews on products that are not necessarily bought directly from you, as long as the review meets the Community Guidelines:
Can a buyer review a product not purchased on Amazon or from me?
- Yes, provided that the buyer meets the eligibility criteria in our Community Guidelines. They can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product.
I understand that you have already used our report feature directly from the review. Alternatively, you can use the email [community-help@amazon.com] to request investigation on the review in question.
Our communities team is receiving a high number of these requests, so it will take a while for the request to be reviewed. Keep in mind, that actions will only be taken if the reviews go against our Guidelines.
