How long does Amazon have to add a Item back into your Inventory once Returned from Buyer??
I have I item that was purchased back in February, the purse was returned in May then Amazon took it back, it has been in my Reserve for 66 days now and has never gone back into my Inventory for sale, opened a Case and all Amazon keeps saying is it was returned in Sellable condition the don't owe me a Reimbursement, but it has never physically shown up in my actual Inventory to resell. I have tried to find any new policies in place for this and all I see is 60 days, which it was once 45 days and I know they extended it. Last month Seller support said I needed to wait until 60 days which I have done, I am having a huge problem with even things I ship in FBA staying in my Reserve for months and the worse part about it, is by the time its available Summer will be nearly over as these are Seasonal items. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Case # ID 15624375901

when a customer returns an FBA item. there is absolutely no chance that they will ship it in good packaging, every time someone returns my FBA product, amazon disposes of it then charges me for disposal and iI lose the product and the customer gets his money back...
tough luck getting your money or your item back in selllable condition,
even if amazon monkeys call it "sellable" , your customer will complain that it was opened or damaged and you lose money on 2 customers instead of 1.
